It is not a secret that in the market today, stainless steel among the resilient and most available materials. Use Limes and Salt

Here, a mixture of limes and salt is added to the burnt stainless steel pan. Then the mixture is allowed to sit for a few minutes (preferably 10 – 15 minute). Some more salt is then sprinkled and then scrubbed away. This gets amazing on how all the burnt- on materials lifts away.

Cola

Cola is really good in loosening any burnt- on materials. It is a super- acid. Some cola is poured into the pan then a gentle simmering follows. The burnt mess is then scraped off. Here, after the process is done, all you need to do is just relax and enjoy the rest of you cola with a well cleaned pan.

Cream of Tartar

Here, the pan is slathered with some gloppy mixture containing cream of tartar and water. This contains tartaric acid and potassium hydroxide. The pan is allowed to soak for only a night. In the morning, the pan is easy to clean off all the burnt mess.

Baking Soda

Here, the pan is simply simmered for a few minutes then allowed to cool. The pan is soaked overnight. Alternatively, a paste of the baking soda and some green dish soap is put into the burnt pan for a few hours. Then the pan is well washed. Incase anything remains, some more of the baking soda is sprinkled into the pan and then scrubbed away. Else, DIY aromatherapy cleanser can be used.

Oxygen- Based- Bleaches

This is an effective technique for any burnt messes on pans. The pan is soaked in a solution of oxygen bleach powder or liquid, hot water and green dish soap. The pan is then allowed to sit for a while then a “mad” scrubbing follows. These oxygen based bleaches include chemicals such as Seventh- Generation’s- Natural- Oxy- Stain Remover.
