Matt Donnelly
President
Matt Donnelly founded The Maids of the North Shore and Greater Boston in 1995 with a vision of building a company that puts people first. His guiding belief—that investing in employees leads to exceptional customer experiences—continues to shape every aspect of the organization today.
Under Matt's leadership, the company has expanded from its original North Shore and Greater Boston service area to proudly serve homeowners throughout most of Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
During his tenure, The Maids has been recognized as one of the nation's premier residential cleaning companies, earning:
- Three-time The Maids International Franchise of the Year
- 11-time Best of Boston award winner by Boston Magazine
- Recognition for outstanding customer service and operational excellence throughout the home services industry
Matt has also been an active leader within both the cleaning industry and the local business community. His leadership roles have included:
- Chair, The Maids International Advisory Council
- President, The Maids New England Marketing Cooperative
- Treasurer, Reading/North Reading Chamber of Commerce
He has been featured by the Boston Business Journal, WCVB Channel 5's Chronicle, and industry podcasts including Cleaning Business Today, where he has shared insights on leadership, employee ownership, customer experience, and growing service businesses.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University.
Bailey McNeil
Vice President of Operations
Bailey McNeil's career with The Maids is a true example of growth from within.
She joined the company in 2005 as a Team Leader and Field Manager and has advanced through nearly every level of operations, including Customer Service, Operations Manager, Area Director of Operations, and now Vice President of Operations.
Today, Bailey oversees the company's field operations and customer support teams, ensuring thousands of homeowners each year receive the consistent, high-quality service The Maids is known for.
Bailey has played a key leadership role in the successful integration and development of the company's expansion offices while helping build systems that support continued growth.
Recognized as a respected leader within the residential cleaning industry, Bailey has presented on leadership, operations, and employee training at The Maids International Growth Summit and regional industry conferences.
She also serves on the Board of the North Hampton Business Association in New Hampshire, reflecting her ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses and the communities we serve.
Christina Joseph
Director of Logistics & Administrative Services
Christina Joseph is one of the key leaders responsible for keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
After beginning her career with The Maids as a Team Leader, Christina advanced into leadership where she now oversees administrative services, scheduling logistics, and many of the behind-the-scenes systems that help our teams deliver reliable service every day.
Known throughout the organization for her attention to detail, organization, and dedication, Christina works closely with every department to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience from scheduling through service completion.
Committed to continuous learning, Christina regularly attends industry conferences including ISSA North America and The Maids International Growth Summit to stay current on best practices in residential cleaning operations and business management.
Outside the office, Christina volunteers with The Wonderfund, supporting programs that benefit children and families throughout Massachusetts.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
